Whether you are a student seeking a meaningful project, a Scout working on a merit badge, a retiree looking for a way to make a difference, or someone who cares about the environment, Sylvan Heights may have a match for your skills and interests.
We offer volunteer opportunities for individuals with a wide range of skills and experience, such as plant care, grounds maintenance, event assistance, or exhibit docent. Volunteer animal care positions are normally reserved for students and interns with prior animal experience, and require extensive training.

Education Attendant

Landing Zone Attendant
Help our guests have a great visit! Landing Zone Attendants assist in providing a positive and safe experience for park visitors in our Landing Zone aviary.
